Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Professional for our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field marketing and digital promotions, with solid knowledge of the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete marketing operations of the restaurant.

Create and execute field marketing campaigns.

Build partnerships and B2B offers with companies, corporates, and event organizers.

Plan and manage local promotions and branding activities.

Increase footfall through online and offline marketing strategies.

Run social media promotions, influencer collaborations, and festival campaigns.

Prepare marketing reports and analyze campaign ROI.

Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams for promotional offers.

Attend food events, exhibitions, and branding meets.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of restaurant and F&B marketing trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in the field, manage client visits, and build B2B offers.

Social media & digital marketing know-how is a plus.

Result-oriented and proactive approach.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing (preferably in F&B/Hotel/Restaurant industry).

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

Knowledge of local market and customer preferences.

Pay: ₹11, ₹51,299.80 per month
