About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Online Sales Coordinator to manage and support our online sales operations. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing customer engagement, managing inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth order process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, shipping, and delivery updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Support the execution of online marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues or complaints.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Prior experience in online sales or customer support will be an advantage.
