Job Description: Field Sales Executive

*Location:* Rajkot, Gujarat

*Salary:* ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month

*Job Summary:*

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base in the Rajkot region. Your primary role will be to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that align with our company's offerings. You will be a key player in achieving sales targets and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Sales and Lead Generation:* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Rajkot area. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- *Client Engagement:* Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients. Present and demonstrate our products/services effectively.
- *Market Research:* Gather and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities. Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and competitors.
- *Sales Targets:* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts.
- *Customer Service:* Address client queries and concerns promptly. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- *Administrative Tasks:* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports.

*Qualifications:*
- *Experience:* Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- *Skills:* Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- *Location:* Must be based in or willing to relocate to Rajkot.
- *Driver’s License:* Valid driver’s license and own vehicle preferred.
