Job Title: Field Sales Representative - HDPE Pipe and Column Pipe

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on expanding our market presence in the HDPE pipe and column pipe industry. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, establishing, and maintaining relationships with dealer distributors to promote and sell our HDPE pipe and column pipe products. Your primary objectives will include generating new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential dealer distributors in the designated territory.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and expand the customer base.

Dealer Distributor Management:
Establish strong relationships with dealer distributors through regular communication and visits.

Negotiate terms and conditions of distribution agreements to ensure mutual benefits.

Provide product training, technical support, and promotional materials to dealer distributors as needed.

Sales and Revenue Generation:
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling HDPE pipe and column pipe products.

Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share.

Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential customers.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Reporting and Target Achievement:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

Work closely with the sales team to set and achieve sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in field.

2 sales, preferably in the pump or pipe industry.

3.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

5.Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

6.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Day shift
- Weekend only
