**Position**: Field Sales Executive

**Location**: Saurastra & Rajkot

**Department**: Sales & Marketing

**Reporting to**: Sales Head

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate sales of paints through **retailers, painters contractors, and builders**.
- Achieve **monthly sales targets** and increase market share in assigned territory.
- Visit dealers/shops & painters daily, take orders, and ensure timely delivery.
- Promote company products with **samples, and demonstrations**.
- Expand dealer network by on boarding **new paint retailers & influencers (painters, contractors)**.
- Build strong relationships with **retailers, painters, and contractors** to ensure repeat business.
- Implement company schemes & ensure dealer/painter benefits are delivered.
- Collect competitor market intelligence (pricing, schemes, new products).Submit **daily call reports (DCR)** and maintain discipline in fieldwork.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong **communication & persuasion skills**.
- Basic knowledge of **paints / building material industry** (preferred).
- Ability to handle objections & negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
- Good networking & relationship-building ability.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Office / reporting apps**.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Education: Graduate / Diploma (Any stream, preference to Sales/Marketing).
- Experience: 1-3 years in **Paints, construction chemicals or Building Materials Sales** (Freshers with passion for sales may also apply).
- Age: 21-40 years.
- Must own a **two-wheeler with valid license** (for market visits).
