**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- **Sales Performance and Reporting**:
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and profit margins.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:
- Stay updated on the company’s products and services, as well as industry trends and competitors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market trends.
- **Negotiation and Contract Management**:
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients.
- Prepare and review sales contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
**Working Conditions**:
- Office environment with regular travel to client sites.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
