**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented **Resident Sales Representative/Sales Executive** to manage primary and secondary sales operations in Gujarat. The role requires field sales expertise, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to drive revenue growth in the automobile and related sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Operations**:

- Manage and drive primary and secondary sales activities within the assigned territory.
- **Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and onboard new customers in the automobile and related industries.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- **Market Insights**:

- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and other relevant data to the management team.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in field sales, specifically B2C sales with exposure to primary and secondary sales processes.
- **Age Limit**: Up to 34 years.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong field sales experience in relevant industries (Automobile, Lubricants, Spare Parts, Tyres, Earthmoving companies).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate market trends and customer needs.
