**Job Description**:
ShilpMIS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and outgoing Sales Representatives to join our growing outreach team. Your primary responsibility will be to visit schools and schedule meetings with principals or school management. You won’t be responsible for product demonstrations or closing deals—that will be handled by the Area Sales Manager.

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or field-oriented professionals who are passionate about education and want to be part of a purpose-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit schools in your assigned region and schedule meetings with principals or school authorities.
- Maintain records of daily school visits and meetings fixed.
- Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager, who will attend the scheduled meetings for product demonstration.
- Represent ShilpMIS with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.
- Achieve monthly meeting targets.

Rajasthan: Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner
Madhya Pradesh: Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior
Gujarat: Rajkot, Vadodara, Palanpur, Junagadh, Bhavnagar, Kutch, Anand

**Requirements**:

- Any graduate is welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi (as applicable per region).
- Comfortable with frequent local travel.
- Basic smartphone usage and navigation skills (Google Maps, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Self-driven, punctual, and goal-oriented.

Compensation:

- CTC: ₹22,000/month
- Includes ₹2,000 petrol allowance
- Bonus: ₹8,000/month on achieving the targets

Schedule:

- Full-time
- Monday to Saturday
- Travel within assigned city/region

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
