**Job Title**: Resident Sales Representative/Sales Executive
**Location**: Gujarat
**Industry**: Automobile, Auto Components (Lubricants, Spare Parts, Tyres), Earthmoving Companies
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Automobile, Auto Components, Lubricants, Spare Parts, Tyres, and Earthmoving sectors.
- Manage primary and secondary sales, ensuring sales targets are consistently met.
- Conduct field visits to customers and manage sales inquiries to enhance business development.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure client requirements are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities within the industry.
- Report sales activities, including daily sales reports and market feedback, to the management.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Graduate in any field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in field sales, preferably within the Automobile, Auto Components, or related industries.
- **Sales Skills**: Proficient in B2C sales with a strong track record in achieving sales targets.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Understanding of the lubricants, spare parts, tyres, and earthmoving equipment industries.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- **Age Limit**: Up to 34 years.
**Compensation**
- **Salary**: Up to ₹3 LPA (Fixed) + ₹1 Lakh (Variable/Incentive)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
