**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electrical products market.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall sales growth.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice on electrical products and solutions.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide customers with detailed product information and recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals in alignment with company policies.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Report on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details in the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and documentation as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the electrical industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of electrical products and solutions.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
