**Job Title: Sales Representative**

**Reporting To**: Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, providing quotations, converting inquiries into orders, coordinating installation, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining good customer relationships. The goal is to boost sales, ensure smooth execution, and maintain customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Identify and target potential customers**in relevant industries or projects**.**
- **Generate leads**through visits, calls, and referrals**.**
- **Present and explain products**to clients, highlighting benefits over competitors.
- **Understand customer needs**and suggest the right solutions.
- **Prepare and share quotations**based on customer requirements**.**
- **Follow up with clients**to convert leads into confirmed orders.
- **Negotiate prices and terms**to close deals.
- Coordinate **with internal teams**for drawings, delivery, and installation**.**
- **Ensure timely payment collection**as per agreed terms.
- **Maintain strong customer relationships** to encourage repeat business.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Time management and follow-up skills
- Problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or any relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
