**Introduction**:
Join our dynamic team as a FMCG Dairy Sales Representative, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our dairy product portfolio. We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven professional with a passion for sales in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Distribution**: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share for our dairy products.
- **Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the dairy supply chain.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- **Promotions and Merchandising**: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement promotions, merchandising, and brand visibility initiatives.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting**: Generate and analyze sales reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- **Forecasting**: Work closely with the demand planning team to provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to inventory management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with dairy industry trends and regulations.
