Role Description

We are looking for a
high-energy Sales Executive / Sales Manager
to lead and grow our business in the
Animal Feed and Dairy sectors
. The ideal candidate understands B2B industrial sales, enjoys meeting customers on-site, and is passionate about bringing digital transformation and automation to manufacturing plants.

You will be responsible for promoting
our process automation and factory digitalization solutions
, helping customers improve plant efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities in the
    Animal Feed, Dairy, and FMCG process industries
    .
  • Promote and sell
    process control
    , and
    MES solutions
    .
  • Build strong relationships with feed mill owners, plant managers, OEMs, and integrators.
  • Handle the complete sales cycle: prospecting → presentations → solution proposals → negotiations → closing.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop tailored automation proposals.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate leads.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Preferred Experience

  • 2–8 years in industrial automation, process control, MES, or related technical sales.
  • Experience selling into
    feed mills, dairy plants, FMCG, food processing, or bulk material handling industries
    is a strong advantage.
  • Good understanding of PLC/SCADA/DCS, automation workflows, and plant operations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-relationship skills.
  • Engineering degree (Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical) preferred.
