Kamdhenu Agrovet caters to markets in Cattle, Poultry, Equine, and Specialty Feeds. Its registered brands "Milk Plus", "Milk Booster Plus" and "Kanchan" have high demand in Western India. Kamdhenu is the leader in equine feeds in India with over 50% market share. The company has pioneered "Tolled Milling" in India and customizes feed requirements for clients with volumes as low as 50 MT per month. It is the only company in Western India catering to this need.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Staff, located in Maharashtra and Karnataka areas. The Sales Staff will be responsible for managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, monitoring market trends, and developing sales strategies. Daily tasks will include client visits, sales presentations, reporting sales activities, and collaborating with the marketing team to boost product awareness. The role also requires maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Market Trends and Sales Strategies
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Experience in the agricultural feed industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in Cattle feed industry and Dairy Industries will be preferred.
