
Territory Manager channel sales

Key Responsibilities:
Dealer & Channel Management
o Develop, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners across Pune and Maharashtra.
o Expand the channel partner network by identifying and appointing new dealers in key markets.
o Monitor dealer performance and ensure alignment with company policies and objectives.
Sales Target Achievement
o Drive sales through the dealer channel to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
o Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to optimize territory performance.
o Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to drive promotional activities.
Channel Training & Development
o Train and support channel partner staff on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer service.
o Conduct regular in-market visits and review meetings with dealers and their sales teams.
o Provide guidance and mentorship to improve dealer staff productivity and engagement.
Reporting & MIS
o Maintain accurate records of sales, dealer performance, and market feedback.
o Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and coverage gaps.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in channel/dealer sales, preferably in Telecom, VC, and Audio Visual held.
Strong knowledge of the Pune and Maharashtra market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
