- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proficiency with MS Office

**JOB TYPE: FULL TIME**

**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Growth**: Achieve and exceed sales targets for dairy products within the assigned territory.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and retailers.
- **Market Expansion**: Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand market share and reach.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our dairy product portfolio and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- **Market Intelligence**: Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to distributors, retailers, and sales teams within the territory.

**Requirements**:

- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the dairy industry, market dynamics, and consumer trends.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure deals and partnerships.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
