Job location: - Pune, Maharashtra.

**Salary**: -30,000-40,000 per month

Experience:
- Total experience: -5 years of experience in Sales.
- Minimum experience: -2-3 years of experience in sales and distribution within the FMCG industry.

Education: -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Eligibility: -Only Male applicants are required.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and prioritize key retail partners and establish productive relationships with decision-makers.
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to support sales initiatives and resolve customer issues.
- Conduct product training and presentations for retail staff to increase product knowledge and drive sales.

**Requirements**:

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the territory.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
- Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 per year
