Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- knowledge of the local construction market and industry trends.

Profile introduction:
Join our dynamic team as a Territory Sales Manager for Cement, where your strategic mindset and sales expertise will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our cement business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed territory sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering growth in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and contractors.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in cement or construction material sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the local construction market and industry trends.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to formulate effective strategies.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
