**About the Role**
We are looking for a **Territory Sales Executive (TSE)** who will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and expanding our business in the assigned territory. This role requires a **people’s person** with strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills who enjoys meeting new clients and building networks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Meet clients (B2B) to pitch our **digital marketing services**.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, startups, and brands.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to the management.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Based in **Pune**.
- College-going students / freshers with strong interest in sales may apply.
- Extrovert, people’s person, enjoys fieldwork & networking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage territory targets.
- Prior sales / business development experience (preferred but not mandatory).
