About the Role

We are looking for a Territory Sales Executive (TSE) who will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and expanding our business in the assigned territory. This role requires a people's person with strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills who enjoys meeting new clients and building networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Meet clients (B2B) to pitch our digital marketing services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, startups, and brands.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to the management.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.

Requirements

  • Based in Pune.
  • College-going students / freshers with strong interest in sales may apply.
  • Extrovert, people's person, enjoys fieldwork & networking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & convincing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory targets.
  • Prior sales / business development experience (preferred but not mandatory).
