Enrope Solutions is transforming healthcare management with our cutting-edge **Enrope HealthCare Management System (EHMS)**, a powerful SaaS solution designed for doctors, clinics, and hospitals. We help providers improve patient care, streamline operations, and boost financial performance.
**The Role: Full-Cycle Sales Representative**
We are looking for a tenacious **Full-Cycle Sales Representative** to own and manage the entire sales process for EHMS within your territory. You will be the primary contact, driving new revenue growth from the first call to the final close.
**Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)**
- **Generate and Qualify** new leads by proactively prospecting and cold-calling target healthcare organizations (hospitals, clinics, etc.).
- **Conduct tailored product demonstrations** of EHMS, clearly articulating its value in areas like EMR and scheduling.
- **Manage the entire sales pipeline** from prospecting to closure, consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- **Serve as a trusted advisor** to doctors, administrators, and executives, understanding their needs and regulatory landscape.
- **Negotiate contracts** and work with our Implementation Team to ensure a smooth client onboarding.
**Required Skills & Experience**
- **1.5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience**:
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the **healthcare industry's administrative and clinical workflows**.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
