**Job Title**: OEM Sales Executive / Manager
**Location**: Delhi / NCR
**Industry**: Particle Board & Plywood / Building Material
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage OEM business in the **particle board and plywood segment**.
- Build strong relationships with **furniture manufacturers, modular kitchen companies, interior contractors, and other OEM partners**.
- Achieve sales targets through business development and effective account management.
- Identify new OEM opportunities and expand market presence across Delhi/NCR.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business terms with OEM clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor updates to management.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in Business / Marketing / Engineering (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in **OEM / B2B sales in particle board, plywood, laminates, or allied building material industry**.
- Strong network with OEM clients in **Delhi / NCR region**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
