**Designation**: AM (Sales OEM - North Delhi) **Salary**: 6 LPA **Key Roles**: - Responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets, collection and revenue of specific region. - Grow sales thru finding, developing and growing sales OEM partners as well as directly through their projects - Building trust & confidence with customers & influencers. - Establish and maintain good relationship with the Key influencers i.e architects, interior designers, Installers etc. also, to keep them updated of the advantages of using products and solutions and to motivate them toward specifying for their end customers. - Market intelligence - by Identifying & addressing sales closure bottlenecks if any also stay up to date with competitor product launch & changes in the market. - Review and ensure that business partner is adhering to all company systems/ processes & Brand guidelines. - Explore possibilities of & revive business from customers who have had long history of association. - Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, digital media, canvassing and cold calling. - New business partner acquisition and manage prospects, negotiating and freezing on commercials taking them to a logical closure with required documentation - Competent & knowledgeable about the assigned geography’s needs / requirements, OEM business partner wise, especially about the prevailing pricing structure of relevant products and product portfolio demand in trends. **Work Experience / Skills Required**: - At least 2 - 4 year of sales experience(B2B, B2C) or equivalent customer facing experience in the construction industry or similar type of industry. - Geographic knowledge - market place and industrial areas. - Should have an exposure in interacting and building up relationships with existing and new OEMs , architects and interior designers etc - Self-motivated and a quick learner. - Integrity and Ownership. - Highly adaptable with a can-do" attitude - Strong customer orientation & management skills. - Dynamic personality with strong winning and high performance mindset. - Proven track record of successful sales growth / channel management. **Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Sales and business development (required) **Speak with the employer** +91 9540813077
