Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Aluminium Composite Panels

Location: Delhi

Gender Preference: Female

Industry: Building Materials / Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP)

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Building Materials or ACP industry, preferably in project sales

Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Aluminium Composite Panels in the projects sector.

Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and project consultants to promote the product.

Drive sales growth by securing projects and increasing brand presence in the Delhi NCR market.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to project closure.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to ensure profitable deals.

Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and new project developments.

Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and logistics) to ensure smooth execution of orders.

Key Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years in Business Development/Sales in the Building Materials or Aluminium Composite Panel industry.

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

**Skills**:Strong presentation and communication skills.

Ability to engage and influence clients in the projects sector.

Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for reporting and presentations.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Networking: Established connections with architects, builders, and developers in Delhi NCR

Pay: ₹9,279.75 - ₹49,433.91 per month
