Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Delhi, India. The BDM will focus on building and maintaining relationships with partner, driving sales of life insurance products, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include strategizing and implementing business plans, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and training channel partners on products and processes. The role demands active participation in meetings, providing superior support to channel partners, and expanding the customer base.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in relationship management, customer engagement, and client service engagement.
- Sales expertise in identifying leads, territory management, and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Understanding of life insurance products, financial solutions, and industry regulations.
- Ability to train and provide product knowledge to partners and clients.
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
