This individual will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of events worldwide. From managing logistics and overseeing travel arrangements to ensuring seamless coordination of each event, the Global Event Coordinator will ensure that all aspects of our global events are executed flawlessly. If you’re a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for event management, this is the perfect opportunity for you
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead and manage the planning, execution, and coordination of global events**(conferences, trade shows, internal meetings, client events), including concept development, budgeting, timelines, and vendor coordination, while ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering impactful experiences.
- **Oversee all event logistics**, including venue selection, equipment, registration, accommodations, on-site coordination, and tear-down, ensuring seamless execution and smooth operations.
- **Manage travel and accommodation**arrangements for speakers, guests, and team members, ensuring alignment with event schedules and budget.
- **Act as the main point of contact**for event participants, speakers, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and regular updates with internal teams on event progress and logistics.
- **Collect post-event feedback**from participants and stakeholders, and create reports to assess success, identify improvements, and highlight key learnings.
