- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues, delivering a positive experience.
- Maintain a professional, helpful, and friendly attitude in all customer interactions.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any operational issues affecting customers.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay informed about airline policies, promotions, and industry trends to offer the best advice to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with resolutions provided.
**Requirements**:
- 1 to 2 years of customer support experience, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
