We are hiring **IT Tech Support Engineer for IT Company..**

**Monday to Friday**

**Experience: 1 year to 4years**

**Technical Support Specialist Responsibilities**:
1. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

2. The ability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner to non
- technical employees.

3. A process improvement mindset.

4. Software maintenance and testing capability.

5. Vendor relations.

6. Basic knowledge of networking principles and operating systems.

7. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

8. Customer-service focus.

9. Hands-on problem-solving ability.

10. Maintains system capability by testing computer components.

11. Carries out software, network, and database performance tuning.

12. Documents hardware and software updates.

13. Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems.

14. Resolves tickets representing staff-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity.

**Requirements**:
1. Associate’s degree or above in computer science, information systems, or related field

2. Prior experience working on a Helpdesk, in IT, or similar technical function

**Job Type**: Full Time
**Location**: Noida
**Timing**: 10 am to 7 pm

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
