**Job Description: IT Solutions & CCTV Technician**

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and security systems at client locations.
- Perform regular system checks, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades for both IT and CCTV infrastructure.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to clients on CCTV and IT system usage.
- Document all installations, configurations, maintenance activities, and service requests accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for complex installations or escalated support needs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in surveillance, IT products, and security technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Electronics, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience **(1+ years preferred)**installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV and IT systems.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN setup, device configuration) and the ability to read technical manuals.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Physical ability to perform field work at various sites.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits.
