Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer, located in Ghaziabad. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing field service support, troubleshooting technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering technical support. The engineer will also ensure high standards of customer service and interact with clients to meet their service needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Field Service operations
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
  • Ability to perform Preventive Maintenance tasks
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Relevant technical certifications or training are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and handle on-site challenges
