Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Desktop Support Technician
to join our IT team in
Sector 68, Noida
. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to end-users, resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security updates.
  • Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware repairs and replacements.
  • Ensure data security and perform regular backups as per company policies.
  • Provide timely support and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, and basic server administration.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools..
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
