Job Responsibilities

CCTV Technician Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related security equipment.
  • Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of surveillance systems.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in CCTV hardware, cabling, and power supplies.
  • Ensure proper camera positioning, focus, and network connectivity for optimal performance.
  • Configure remote monitoring, storage solutions, and mobile viewing applications.
  • Maintain documentation of installations, service reports, and system upgrades.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on CCTV system usage.

Computer Technician Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including OS and driver problems.
  • Perform regular system updates, virus scans, and system backups.
  • Handle installation and configuration of networking devices (routers, switches, Wi-Fi).
  • Ensure proper cabling, connectivity, and system security.
  • Assist with data recovery, software installation, and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and prepare service/repair reports.

General Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to service requests and provide on-site/remote support.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues with minimum downtime.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication and service.
  • Stay updated with the latest CCTV and IT hardware/software technologies.
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies during fieldwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹20,000.00 per month
