**Installation**:Setting up CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, cabling, and associated hardware, following site surveys and security needs.
- **Maintenance**:Performing regular checks, preventative maintenance, and necessary repairs to ensure systems are functioning correctly.
- **Troubleshooting**:Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with CCTV systems, including hardware and software malfunctions.
- **System Upgrades**:Implementing upgrades to CCTV systems, including camera replacements and software updates, to enhance performance and security.
- **Documentation**:Maintaining accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting procedures.
- **User Support**:Providing technical support and guidance to users on how to operate and utilize CCTV systems effectively.
- **Compliance**:Ensuring installations and operations adhere to safety standards, regulations, and relevant laws.
- **Site Surveys**:Conducting site assessments to determine optimal camera placement, wiring routes, and system configurations.
- **Client Communication**:Interacting with clients to understand their security needs and provide customized solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

- **Technical Proficiency**:Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, including various camera types (analog, IP, etc.), DVR/NVR technology, and networking fundamentals.
- **Troubleshooting Skills**:Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to CCTV hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- **Installation Skills**:Experience with installing and terminating cables, mounting cameras, and configuring CCTV systems.
- **Communication Skills**:Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**:Ability to identify and resolve technical challenges and security concerns.
- **Physical Stamina**:Ability to perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and working in various environments.
- **Knowledge of Safety Standards**:Understanding and adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations.
- **Customer Service**:Providing excellent support and guidance to users.

Tools and Equipment:

- CCTV cameras (analog, IP, PTZ, etc.)
- Digital Video Recorders (DVRs) and Network Video Recorders (NVRs)
- Cabling (coaxial, Ethernet, etc.)
- Networking equipment (routers, switches, etc.)
- Testing and diagnostic tools (multimeters, cable testers, etc.)
- Hand tools (screwdrivers, drills, etc.)
- Software for configuration and management

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
