Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Noida. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Day-to-day tasks will include installing and configuring computer hardware, diagnosing and resolving printer support issues, and performing general maintenance on computer systems. The role also involves responding to client inquiries and providing efficient and effective solutions to technical problems.

Qualifications

  • 2 yr Experience in supporting and troubleshooting desktop computers
  • Skills in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, including printer support
  • Knowledge of computer hardware components and repair techniques
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
