Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced L2 Desktop Engineer to provide advanced technical support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, and end-user applications
  • You will handle escalated issues from L1 support, troubleshoot complex problems, and ensure smooth IT operations for users

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues
  • Supported VIP users
  • Should be able to run OEM diagnosis, replace part in laptop/desktop
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
  • Support end-users with hardware and software problems, both onsite and remotely
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
  • Document technical issues and solutions in the ticketing system
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in desktop support or IT service desk roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common business applications
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and remote support tools
  • Good understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
