Job Description:

As a Desktop Support Engineer at Clear-Trail Technologies, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees. Your primary goal will be ensuring that all IT systems and infrastructure run smoothly and efficiently. You will also play a key role in identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless operation of IT systems
  • Assist with the implementation of new IT initiatives and projects
  • Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and best practices in IT support

Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
