**Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance & Servicing**: Perform routine hardware maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal condition. This includes testing, diagnosing, and repairing hardware such as computers, servers, printers, and other peripherals.
- **Troubleshooting & Diagnostics**: Identify hardware issues based on troubleshooting protocols. Provide technical support to resolve hardware malfunctions, either remotely or on-site.
- **Installations & Upgrades**: Install new hardware systems and components. Upgrade hardware, ensuring compatibility with existing systems, and install necessary software and drivers.
- **System Configuration**: Assist in configuring hardware devices to meet system specifications, ensuring proper installation, setup, and integration with other devices.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor hardware inventory levels and assist with the procurement of replacement parts and new hardware equipment.
- **Documentation**: Keep accurate records of hardware configurations, repairs, and maintenance history. Document issues and solutions for future reference.
- **User Support**: Provide hardware-related support and guidance to end-users, addressing their concerns or issues with hardware performance.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Regularly inspect hardware systems to prevent failures and ensure long-term reliability. Implement preventive measures such as cleaning, firmware updates, and hardware monitoring.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other IT support staff, network engineers, and software technicians to resolve integrated system problems.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all hardware systems meet required safety and environmental standards. Maintain awareness of relevant laws and regulations regarding hardware and data security.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in hardware troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals.
- Proficient in diagnostic tools and techniques for hardware troubleshooting.
- Ability to work with a variety of hardware systems (e.g., desktops, laptops, servers, printers).
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with users and team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
