**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities**:

- At least 2-year of experience as a Remote Support Technician or similar role.
- Bachelor or Diploma degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Remote Support Technician in technical support. Similar Iyogi & Quattro Will Be Preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure & ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
- Motivation to learn new skills and technologies.
- Good understanding of Outlook Installation, Printer Troubleshooting Similar Troubleshooting Process
- Understanding Windows, Macintosh.
- Good time-management skills & Great interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
