- **Required Computer Hardware Technician **for office AIR, Manas Bhavan, Bhopal

Qualification: Diploma or Graduate

**Job description**
- Performing diagnostic tests on computer hardware to identify faults and malfunctions
- Installing and configuring hardware components to ensure usability
- Repairing or replacing damaged hardware components
- Testing newly installed hardware systems to verify correct operation
- Running regular updates and cleaning routines to maintain hardware health
- Consulting with users or IT staff to determine the nature of problems or to explain solutions
- Documenting repairs, replacements and maintenance procedures for future reference
- Keeping records of computer hardware inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Upgrading systems to enable compatibility with new software or to improve efficiency
- Excel Work, MS Office work and computer file handling
- Taking regular backup of data/ files on computer
- Understand and learn the office procedures and follow them
- Assisting the officers and staff in discharging the office function.
