We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hair Patch Technician to join our team. The Hair Patch Technician will be responsible for providing high-quality hair replacement solutions to clients suffering from hair loss due to various reasons. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and confidence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their hair loss concerns, understand their expectations, and recommend suitable hair patch solutions.
- **Customization and Styling**: Customize hair patches by cutting, coloring, and styling to blend seamlessly with clients' natural hair and enhance their overall appearance.
- **Maintenance and Support**: Provide guidance on hair patch maintenance and offer ongoing support to clients, including troubleshooting issues and addressing concerns.
- **Client Education**: Educate clients on the benefits of hair patches, the process involved, and proper care techniques to optimize longevity and appearance.
- **Hygiene and Sanitation**: Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards during all procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment for clients and staff.
- **Documentation and Records**: Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and product specifications, to track client history and preferences.

**Requirements**:

- Prior Experience of 1-2 years in Hair patch installation and service is prefered.
- Proven experience as a Hair Patch Technician or in a similar role within the hair replacement industry.
- Proficiency in hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics to achieve natural-looking results.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certification or training in hair replacement techniques and relevant health and safety regulations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification from a recognized hair replacement institute or academy.
- Previous experience in a clinical or salon setting specializing in hair replacement solutions.
- Understanding of scalp conditions and hair loss treatments.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
