**Job Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using office equipment, printers, and copiers.
- Professional appearance and behaviour.
- Ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
