What You’ll Do As our Assistant Front Office Manager, you’ll help shape the first impression of TPC — the moment a guest feels “yes, this place is special.” Your responsibilities will include: - Welcoming guests with warmth, calmness, and high attention to detail - Supervising the front office team and ensuring smooth operations - Managing check-ins, check-outs & reservation handling - Ensuring guest requests are addressed with empathy and speed - Coordinating with housekeeping, café, and operations for seamless guest flow - Handling guest feedback with maturity and problem-solving - Training the team on TPC hospitality standards - Maintaining reports, cash handling & front desk documentation What You Bring We are looking for someone who is: - Experienced in boutique hotels or creative hospitality setups - Strong in communication, guest handling & team leadership - Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and people-friendly - Comfortable with basic tech, PMS, billing & coordination - Passionate about hospitality that feels personal—not transactional Why Join TPC At TPC, you don’t just manage a desk — you help curate experiences.
