Front Office Executive

They are responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, answering all calls and directing as needed, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
- greeting clients and setting a positive office atmosphere
- answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices
- organising and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary
- creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets
- overseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming mails
- preparing outgoing mail items such as envelopes or packages
- operating office equipment such as photocopier and printers
- bookkeeping and issuing invoices
- recording meeting minutes and dictations
- performing an inventory of office supplies and order of need

- _greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner_

- **Education and professional qualifications**_
- _bachelor's degree in hospitality and hotel administration to a related course_
- _2+ years of front desk experience in the hospitality industry preferred_
- _excellent written and verbal communication skills_
- _working knowledge of computer software, such as word processors, spreadsheets and presentation tools_
**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
