
Receptionist/administration Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Perform general administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies, managing correspondence, and organizing files. Assist in data entry and updating client records accurately.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate appointments and meetings for consultants and clients. Ensure schedules are efficiently managed to optimize consultant availability.
- **Office Coordination**: Collaborate with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure efficient office operations. Communicate effectively with consultants and other staff members to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing outstanding service and addressing any concerns or queries promptly. Strive to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the immigration or consultancy industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellence in service.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
