**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Greet and Welcome**: Warmly welcome visitors and students, providing them with a positive first impression of our institute.
- **Schedule Management**: Coordinate appointments and schedules for instructors, staff, and meeting rooms.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- **Student Support**: Provide administrative support to students, including enrollment, course materials, and exam scheduling.
- **Facility Coordination**: Ensure classrooms and common areas are well-maintained and equipped for daily activities.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing events, workshops, and seminars held at Vibrant Technology
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with instructors, staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in an educational or IT-related environment is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹7,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
