Job Description:

We are seeking a well-organized, motivated, and responsible individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students and visitors and will play a key role in the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering calls, and responding to inquiries.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for students and clients.
  • Make outbound calls to students for follow-ups, reminders, and support.
  • Assist with Canada student visa, work permit, and visitor visa processing.
  • Maintain student records and update internal systems.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
  • Coordinate with other departments or external agencies when needed.
  • Perform general clerical duties and other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • Good communication skills in English (Gujarati/Hindi is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of student visa and work permit processes (Canada) is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly, professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
