Job Description:
We are seeking a well-organized, motivated, and responsible individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students and visitors and will play a key role in the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering calls, and responding to inquiries.
- Schedule and manage appointments for students and clients.
- Make outbound calls to students for follow-ups, reminders, and support.
- Assist with Canada student visa, work permit, and visitor visa processing.
- Maintain student records and update internal systems.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
- Coordinate with other departments or external agencies when needed.
- Perform general clerical duties and other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Good communication skills in English (Gujarati/Hindi is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of student visa and work permit processes (Canada) is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
