**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Managing key stakeholders in Sales/Services/Corporate teams
- Manage the team's daily activity, KPI's, weekly and monthly goals.
- Partner with Hiring managers, compensation, HRBPs and HRIS to attain goals.
- Ensure the effective utilization of the ATS and social media to build a bank of talent.

**Your qualifications and Experience**:

- At least 15 years’ experience in recruitment
- At least 3 year experience in managing teams.

- Vast coaching experience
- Stakeholder management skills in a complex environment
- Strong Business acumen
- Reporting skills
- Solutions orientated & able to think on your feet
