Talent Acquisition professional
who will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across both
Non-IT and IT verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the
    end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
    — from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
  • Lead hiring for
    Non-IT roles
    such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, and Administration.
  • Support
    IT hiring
    for positions such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, and Project Managers.
  • Source candidates through various platforms — Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability and fitment.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up throughout the process.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
  • Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Partner with business teams to understand hiring requirements and deliver within timelines.
  • Represent GammaStack professionally to promote a positive
    employer brand
    .

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong experience in
    Non-IT hiring
    (mandatory).
  • Good understanding of
    IT recruitment
    (preferred).
  • Excellent
    communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn)
    and recruitment tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Confident, proactive, and result-oriented professional approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in
    Talent Acquisition
    , with major exposure to
    Non-IT hiring
    .
