L&d Project Coordinator

We are now looking for a L&D Project coordinator for our Global Services Centre (GSC) L&D team. In this role, the person would closely work with GSC L&D team and support different BA L&D activities as well.

**What you will do**:

- Development and Testing of Learning pathways prior to roll out and maintenance post roll out
- Tracking and working on learning/assessment completion progress dashboards
- Managing business unit level nominations for different programs
- Driving centralized L&D programs across the geo
- PoC for learning related queries
- Support in simplification activities
- PoC for reporting activities at unit level
- Support with L&D communication and newsletter
- Working on branding and communication initiatives for the function
- Other L&D project related tasks

**You will bring**:
**Success Profile for a L&D project coordinator in a GSC set-up**:

- Around 6-7 years of overall work experience in HR of which at least 3 yrs in L&D field
- Education: A degree/qualification in HR/learning related field is desirable.
- Some experience and an interest in the field of L&D and technology understanding is required
- Self-Starter attitude
- Must be a good great teammate, working closely with multiple teams in a matrixed setup
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital skills (eg. launching surveys, building SharePoint etc)
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Ability to network and influencing skills
- Exposure to Degreed as LXP desired
