Role & responsibilities This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate to work under Learning & Development department with the eagerness to learn and contribute to the L&D functions.

  • Support the L&D team in coordinating training sessions, webinars and workshops.
  • Help design e-learning modules, videos and learning content
  • Assist with communication and follow-ups with learners and facilitators
  • Manage training records, attendance and feedback collection
  • Assist in creating, translating, editing , training content, presentations and learning materials.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and coordination skill.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast - paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & MS Outlook.
  • Has an excellent communication & Interpersonal skills

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Candidate should be Passed out in the year of
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Pan and Aadhaar cannot be linked with the UAN.
  • Proficiency in Telugu is mandatory.

NATS Apprenticeship Details:

  • The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) is a government of India program that provides on-the-job training to graduates.
  • This scheme allows students to gain professional work experience, learn the latest technologies and develop soft skills, enhancing their employability.
  • Duration: The standard apprenticeship training periods is 1 year.
